Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique used to promote wellness and reduce stress. Melissa believes in using forms of natural healing as preventative care to find ease along with physical and emotional well being.
Active awareness is the key to creating a lifestyle practice that lasts for all time. Melissa shares mindfulness practices with mental health tips & personal training to develop a pathway to a positive mindset and balanced way of living.
With Melissa’s unique style of teaching all students are freely open to connect to their greatest good, belief system, and focus to have their own personal mindfulness experience.
